- An administrative fee or surface transportation fee
- A fuel surcharge
- Round trip tolls (even if a charge is not incurred while you are in the vehicle)
- A parking fee (above the actual cost of parking)
- A meet and greet fee if you want your chauffeur to meet you inside the terminal
